We offer all of our services throughout New London County, CT. We will also provide services to other surrounding areas. This means that we are located close to our customers and can respond quickly. • Service area includes all of New London County: Anywhere in the New London County and other surrounding areas - We come to you. Most Computer Repair companies stay within the town they are located in.
• quick time response: usually we can be at your place, anywhere in New London County, CT. within 24 - 48hours or less;
• no diagnostic fee; unless you decide that you don't want to do the service, a $45 flat rate will apply.
• on-site labor diagnostic / repair; billed as low as $80 per hour, in 30 minutes increments after the first hour
• low rates for our pickup and delivery service available;  we bill $60 per hour with a $35 pickup/delivery fee for this service, we always let you know up-front how much the repair will cost we will notify you of the amount of hours the job will take prior to performing the work.!
• lower rates for our remote service; many minor problems or routine maintenance can be perormed remotely at great savings to you. We bill $60 per hour.
• 90 days work warranty: labor on all repairs or installations is warranteed for a period of 90 days.
