Maintenance Contracts/IT Consulting – On-site & Remote
*note: If you sign up for a remote monthly contract & during any given month you require on-site assistance our on-site monthly plan rates will apply to hours spent on-site!

Below you will find our basic monthly contract plans.  These plans are established for small to medium sized businesses requiring IT services.
We can customize a monthly plan for just about any user.  So even if you’re a home user sick & tired of computer problems fill out our Service Request form and we will work out a monthly plan to fit your needs!

 

2 hour on-site maintenance contract

On-Site - 2 hour – monthly retainer –$80 per hour – Normal response time 24 hours – $160.00 per mo, if we spend more than 2 hours on this project on a monthly basis hours 3-10 will be billed at $80 per hour and hours beyond 10 hours will be billed at $75 per hour.

 

5 hour on-site maintenance contract

$80 per hour – Normal response time 24 hours – $400.00 per month, if we spend more than 5 hours on this project hours 6-10 will be billed at $72 per hour and hours above the 10 hours are billed at $70 per hour.

 

10 hour on-site maintenance contract

$80 per hour – Normal 24 hour response, Emergency response time 8 hours – 10% discount $720.00 per month, if we spend more than 10 hours on this project on a monthly basis you will be billed at $70 per hour.

 

20 hour on-site maintenance contract

$80 per hour – Normal response time 12 hours, Emergency Response Time 4 hours – 15% discount - $1360.00 per month, if we spend more than 20 hours on this project on a monthly basis hours will be billed at $65 per hour.

 

40 hour on-site maintenance contract

$80 per hour – Normal response time 12 hours Emergency response time 4 hours – 20% discount - $2560.00 per month, if we spend more than 40 hours on this project on a monthly basis hours will be billed at $60 per hour.

 

2 hour remote assistance maintenance contract

$65 per hour – Normal response time 24 hours emergency response time 8 hours – $130.00 per month, if we spend more than 2 hours on this project on a monthly basis hours 3-10 will be billed at $62.50 per hour and hours beyond 10 hours will be billed at $60 per hour

 

5 hour remote assistance maintenance contract

$65 per hour – Normal response time 24 hours emergency response time 8 hours – $325.00 per month, if we spend more than 5 hours on this project on a monthly basis hours 6-10 will be billed at $60 per hour and hours above the 10 hours are billed at $55 per hour.

 

10 hour remote assistance maintenance contract

$65 per hour – Normal 24 hour response, Emergency response time 8 hours – 10% discount $585.00 per month, if we spend more than 10 hours on this project on a monthly basis hours are billed at $55 per hour.

 

20 hour remote assistance maintenance contract

$65 per hour – Normal response time 12 hours, Emergency Response Time 4 hours – 15% discount - $1105.00 per month, if we spend more than 20 hours on this project on a monthly basis hours will be billed at $55 per hour.

 

40 hour remote assistance maintenance contract

$65 per hour – Normal response time 12 hours Emergency response time 4 hours – 20% discount - $2080.00 per month, if we spend more than 40 hours on this project on a monthly basis hours will be billed at $50 per hour.
